1. Services

Cofragem Algarve provides professional formwork services as described in individual project proposals. All works are subject to a formal written agreement.

2. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices include labour and materials as specified. Any changes to the scope of work will be quoted separately.

3. Payment

Payment terms are defined in each project proposal. Standard terms include a deposit upon agreement and balance upon completion.

4. Timelines

We commit to the timelines specified in our proposals. Delays caused by weather, site access or third-party dependencies are excluded from penalty calculations.

5. Insurance

All works are covered by public liability insurance. Certificates are available upon request.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Loulé, Faro district.
